A speciality of cleanLASER is that the surface can be cleaned, pre-treated and marked in one working step. This not only saves process steps, but also achieves optimum results as well as improved legibility and long-term durability.
If required, we can also provide you with an automation package tailored to the needs of the customer.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- Particularly powerful laser systems for high marking speeds
- Efficient ablation marking (depth marking) possible
- Marking of moving parts (on the fly) for 2D or 3D applications
- Automation package from a single source
IN PRINCIPLE, TWO METHODS ARE USED FOR MARKING METALS
- Engraving inscription:
In this process, layers of the metallic surface are specifically evaporated, resulting in ablation and the associated deep engraving. - Annealing inscription:
Especially in the case of steels and stainless steels, the short-time heat of the laser beam achieves a heating above the tempering temperature of the steel. This causes the surface to discolor and a permanent marking without roughening the surface remains visible.
